Can I try PayDay! before I confirm payment?

Yes, everyone can register to try out PayDay! for free up to and before the point of payroll processing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, no payment is required upon registration and account activation. The system is free to be used up to and before the point of payroll processing.

How much does it cost to use PayDay!?

A basic fee of S$5 per employee per process will cover all necessary features to process payroll. The total fee is based on the number of employees processed for each cycle. Please note that there is a minimum charge of S$25 (before GST) if you have less than 5 employees.

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards or payment via a PayPal account.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No, there is no minimum subscription period or contractual obligation. PayDay! charges strictly based on the pay-as-you-use model. Fees are only charged upon payroll processing based on the actual number of headcount processed. Please note that there is a minimum charge of S$25 (before GST) if you have less than 5 employees.

My business has a total of 3 employees. Why are we charged S$25 (before GST)?

There is a minimum of charge of S$25 (before GST) per payroll process if you have less than 5 employees.

In the event that I need to reprocess my monthly salary, will I get charged again?

In the event of reprocessing of either all or selected employees, you will be charged according to the actual number of employees reprocessed. This is because the earlier calculations and payroll data will be recomputed and replaced with the latest figures. Furthermore, all the reports will be updated. Please note that if you are reprocessing monthly payroll for less than 5 employees, there is a minimum of charge of S$25 (before GST) per payroll process.

I already used PayDay! once. Is the same amount charge to my card in the next run?

No, you will not be automatically charge the same amount to the card you used previously because we want you to have full control over the usage and fees charged. It is strictly based on pay-as-you-use model. The fees will be computed and charged when you process your monthly payroll. You will then need to confirm the credit card charges at PayPal payment interface.

Do I need a PayPal account to use PayDay!?

No, it is not mandatory to have a PayPal account to use PayDay! or when paying for PayDay! payroll processing fees. However, having a PayPal account helps to expedite the payment process because your details have been stored in your PayPal account.

Why can’t I pay you directly? Why should I use PayPal?

PayPal is the most convenient and secure way for you to process any payment to us as they are a reliable global Internet payment gateway provider. For the purpose of security and confidentiality, we do not maintain or keep any credit card information; all these information are exchanged between PayPal and you directly during the payment process.

Do I get an official tax invoice?

Yes, an official tax invoice in PDF format will be emailed to you once PayPal processing is completed.

Is there any payment for software maintenance?

No, you do not need to pay for any software maintenance. It is our duty to update PayDay! with the latest legislation and changes.

I do not agree to the item(s) charged. What should I do?

What is a “promotion code”?

“Promotion code” works like shopping voucher which entitles you to enjoy privileged discounts and/or special usage of PayDay!. Each promotion code has a validity period. Please utilize the promotion code before it expires. You will need to enter the promotion code BEFORE the point of credit card payment.
