PayDay! SaaS offers new payroll capabilities and eLeave module

SINGAPORE: 28 December 2017 – Existing PayDay! Software as a Service (SaaS) users can now enjoy an enhanced experience at no extra cost with new payroll functions. They also have the option of subscribing to a new eLeave module that seamlessly integrates employees’ payroll and leave details on a single platform.

The new payroll functions include separate, enhanced workflows for bonus and ad hoc payments. In addition, employers now have the ability to generate other income tax forms — Appendix 8A and IR8S — besides IR8A. Employees can also view their latest IR8A form on the move through free PayDay! SaaS mobile apps available on the Apple and Google Play app stores.

With the optional, intuitive eLeave module, employers can easily set leave policies in PayDay! SaaS and use the mobile apps to approve or reject leave anytime, anywhere. The apps would also allow employees to apply for leave or cancel it when travelling. Leave applications and history can be tracked online, improving transparency and reducing the chance of leave disputes. By synchronising the eLeave module to the payroll module, PayDay! SaaS also minimises the risk of human errors arising from manual data entry.
