Cloud computing technology has enabled business owners to run their businesses anytime, anywhere. One of the top concerns using cloud application is security; especially payroll is private and confidential. Addressing this concern, PayDay! SaaS (cloud payroll solution for Singapore SMEs) has enhanced its login feature with safer and stronger One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. This advances PayDay! SaaS cloud payroll solution into a higher level of security.

What is One-Time Password (OTP)?

A One-Time Password (OTP) is a password that is valid for a single use or transaction only. This is to ensure only the right users have access to the specific application and data. After the OTP is used, it cannot be reinserted for authentication.

PayDay! SaaS OTP Enhances Your Online Payroll to Bank Level Security
Every OTP is unique which can only be used with a User ID and Password. Without the OTP, any unauthorised person knowing your User ID and Password is still unable to access to your PayDay! account.

OTP will be sent to your registered email address and valid for 10 minutes after it is generated. If you did not manage to key in the OTP within the stipulated time, you may generate another new OTP easily. This is an extra step to serve you better, your data security is our priority.
