Powerful New PayDay! SaaS Feature for Daily and Hourly Pay Calculations

SINGAPORE: 14 July 2016 ─ PayDay! Software as a Service (SaaS) now has a powerful new feature that allows businesses to calculate pay based on different salary rate arrangements with greater ease and efficiency.

Available to all PayDay! SaaS users at no extra cost, the new feature fully automates the process of calculating pay based on hourly or daily rates, shortening payroll processing time. There is also no limit to the number of employee accounts that this feature can process.

When employees’ details are entered into PayDay! SaaS, the admin user can assign different salary rate arrangements that their pay calculations would be based on. After this, the user may simply enter the number of days or hours the employee has worked and PayDay! SaaS will generate the total salary and necessary statutory contribution for the month.

In line with the Ministry of Manpower’s (MOM) new regulation, employees’ itemised payslips will also indicate the respective salary rates. Employees can view the itemised payslips on the web browser or via free PayDay! SaaS Mobile Apps. In addition, PayDay! SaaS will be automatically updated whenever there are new legislative changes that affect pay calculations, such as CPF and year-end taxes, allowing businesses to stay compliant with ease at all times.
