PayDay! Software is suitable for businesses with on premise requirements. This means that the Software is installed on your computers or local servers.

Is PayDay! Software compliant with the latest statutory regulations?

How many licenses do I need if I manage multiple companies?

1 PayDay! Software license is able to cater to multiple companies and unlimited headcount. Hence, you would only require 1 license if you are the only user.

Can employees access payslips and other HR info on the go?

PayDay! Software focuses on secure on premise data management. This means employees cannot access payslips or other HR information remotely. However, the software allows the user to generate and print payslips for easy distribution to the employees.

MEPS Transition to DDA for CPF Contributions

What is MAS Electronic Payment System (MEPS)?

The MAS Electronic Payment System (MEPS), operated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), enables real-time gross settlement for domestic and international interbank payments, including CPF contribution payments.

What is Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA)?

Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) is an automated payment method that allows for CPF contributions to be directly deducted from a bank account, eliminating the need for manual interbank transfers (MEPS).

Effective 1 November 2024, DDA will replace MEPS to make payments for CPF contributions.

Who will be impacted by this change?

International companies operating in Singapore, but without a local bank account*, may encounter increased administrative challenges when making CPF contributions.

*Refer to the list of participating banks that supports eGIRO.

When will the change take effect?

Starting 1 November 2024, the CPF Board will no longer accept CPF contribution payments via interbank transfers (MEPS). Employers will need to switch to DDA or other electronic payment methods.
